Sandboxer create / resume timings, measured by Sandboxer (ORI-564)

Conditions on 2026-10-24: wall-clock from one client machine; `ping sandboxer.com` from that client averaged
27.1 ms round trip (min 27.0, max 27.2). Every number includes the CLI and network round trips. Each run uses
2 starts (create + resume) and deletes its sandbox. These are our own measurements of our own service; we do not
benchmark other providers.
